Products and Pricing

Orders

Orders are accepted only after successful payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspicious activity or incorrect customer details.

Payment

Polonest accepts online or prepaid payments through available payment methods on the website. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for entering complete and correct address, phone number and pincode.

Returns and Refunds

Return and refund requests are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Products must meet eligibility conditions mentioned in that policy.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests are handled according to our Cancellation Policy. Once an order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
